Do you enjoy talking on the phone and helping people? Then we have the next job for you!

Our client in northern Stockholm is looking for an employee for an assignment in their contact center. Here, you need to have the ability to listen, absorb information, and play detective in their database to convey this to the caller.

Start date as agreed, preferably as soon as possible, and until the end of August.

Working hours Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Receive inquiries via phone and respond to them
  • Create cases in the client’s system and manage them
  • Forward any more complex cases internally

Qualifications

  • Experienced in working with the phone as a tool, preferably in a similar role.
  • Office Suite
  • Unfazed by different systems.
  • Enjoy being a bit of a detective
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English
